Waimea Logistic Park Bydgoszcz is a warehouse-production and logistic centre,with a total planned building area of approx. 90 000 sq.m. It will consist of facilities designed in accordance with the requirements of modern warehousing and logistics managment, as well as areas that can be adapted to the needs of manufacturing companies. The construction of the first two halls in 6 hectare site is planned for the beginning of the second quarter of this year. In the first stage Waimea Logistic Park Bydgoszcz uprising hall SBU (Small Business Units). They will offer warehouses and offices for micro- entrepreneurs , small and large businesses. Second hall - dedicated to logistics operators with solutions of cross -docking. The minimum warehouse units can be rented from approx 650 sqm., modules office and social area from approx 60 square meters.
