Uptown München is a Class A office development which consists of four campus-style buildings and one high-rise tower. The campus buildings have seven floors each, 8,450 square meters (91,000 square feet) per building. The tower is 146 meters (479 feet) tall and has 38 floors, totaling 50,736 square meters (545,924 square feet). The project provides modern office space with large, contiguous floor plates and efficient building systems. A 790-space parking garage, as well as 4,000 square meters (43,000 square feet) of underground storage facilities are located beneath the project. Construction started in the third quarter of 2001 and was completed in 2005.
