The Pomeranian Logistics Centre is a new development project located on a 110 ha site adjacent to the Gdańsk Deep Container. The site is located in Tri-City (Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot) which represents a growing consumer market of over 1 million inhabitants and offers proximity to skilled and highly educated labor force. The project is a multimodal logistics hub, combining international rail, road and sea transportation routes linking Poland with all major European cities. The logistics centre is at only 9 km from Gdańsk city center and 23 km from the Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa International Airport. Furthermore, the site is easily accessible through the S6 ring road and the A1 motorway connecting Gdańsk with Katowice.
