Parque Industrial Tecnológico II (PIT II) was developed by Hines in response to the demand for the high-quality, well-planned facilities that Guadalajara’s manufacturing and warehousing distribution sectors require. Based on the experience and success of Hines’ first industrial park in Guadalajara, Parque Industrial Tecnologico I, PIT II has been designed with the flexibility to accommodate many different types of companies, both on a speculative and on a build-to-suit basis. The project was developed on a 19.2-hectare (44.5-acre) site and provides more than 121,000 square meters (1.3 million square feet) of U.S.-quality industrial space for lease. PIT II is ideally located for both logistics and manufacturing operations on Avenida Periférico Sur and Avenida Colón on Guadalajara’s south side.
