Distribution Park Araucária is a Class A industrial park on a 224,820-square-meter site conveniently located between highways BR476 and PR423 in Araucária, an industrial district of Greater Curitiba. On the site, Hines developed a 42,696-square-meter-build-to-suit warehouse that is leased to DHL which provides logistics services to Kraft. The building contains a large refrigerated section for food products and is within 10 kilometers of Kraft's main industrial facility. Its strategic location and work-class standards make it one of the best distribution centers in southern Brazil.
