Patryk Litwiniuk - General Director of Litwiniuk Property Sp. z o.o. said: “In the Szczecin market, demand for class A office space exceeds supply. A large part of our consulting concerns renegotiating existing lease agreements, as in the case of Pomerania Fund, which decided to extend the lease in its current location. In other regional markets, such as Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan, Lodz and the Tri-City, we support clients in acquiring new office locations.”
Mirosław Linke, representing Porto Sp. z o.o., the owner of the Posejdon building, during the transaction, said: “We are pleased that the Pomerania Fund has decided to continue its cooperation with us and stay in the Posejdon office building for another period. Our offer has been created with tenants in mind who value high quality, innovative solutions and comfortable working conditions. The fact that current tenants decide to extend their cooperation is the best proof of the competitiveness and value of our offer,”
Adam Badach, President of the Management Board of the Pomerania Fund Sp. z o.o. said:
"As the Pomerania Fund, we have been supporting the development of companies from Western Pomerania for 22 years. We are the leader on the guarantee market in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. Every year we provide an increasing number of guarantees for loans, leases and deposits. Companies from the micro, small and medium-sized enterprise sector need our support. The guarantees we provide allow entrepreneurs from the West Pomeranian Voivodeship to obtain financing for the implementation of new investments and subsequent business projects. As part of the funds obtained from the Voivodeship Government and the project being implemented, we want to support hundreds of entrepreneurs in the coming years. To achieve this, we need to have the right conditions and space.
Posejdon has become the business centre of our region, and opening an office in this location has brought us many new opportunities. The decision to establish our headquarters in Posejdon is strongly connected with Western Pomerania, for the benefit and within which we operate. This is in line with the Marketing Strategy of the Pomerania Fund, the aim of which is to promote the fund's logo and increase its recognition on the market. Thanks to this location, we can serve our clients more efficiently and conveniently, organize more meetings with entrepreneurs, conduct extensive consulting activities and streamline business processes. Entrepreneurs could reach us more easily and did not encounter parking problems. Additionally, we have tightened cooperation with our partners - banks and institutions with which we cooperate on a daily basis. The office in Posejdon turned out to be the best possible solution. By increasing the recognition of our logo, we can better achieve our goals and more effectively support entrepreneurs from the region.
