2002 Summit Boulevard is an 18-story, 390,115-square-foot office tower and is a twin to Hines' 3003 Summit Boulevard office tower. 2002 Summit Boulevard was completed in the first quarter of 2003 and is adjacent to 3003 Summit in the prestigious Central Perimeter submarket of Atlanta. The building has a finely detailed skin of light-reflective green and transparent glass that provides spectacular views of the Atlanta skyline and the north Georgia mountains. 2002 Summit Boulevard is located within Perimeter Summit, the master-planned, mixed-use development, fully zoned for up to 3.5 million square feet of office space, 500 hotel rooms and 400 upscale apartment homes. In addition to serving as development and construction manager for 2002 Summit Boulevard, Hines also served as master developer for Perimeter Summit.
