In 2007, Hines, on behalf of its Pan-European Core Fund, acquired this prime West End office building as its first asset in London. The six-story, 21,016-square-foot period building was originally constructed in the mid 1950s. In 2006, the building was refurbished, maintaining its façade based upon its original 19th century design. Hines UK has since re-geared the head-lease interest with The Crown Estate.
